4th Annual Spring 5k Series


Join us the first Sunday in April, May, and June for our annual 5k Races. We begin and end on the Ephrata Middle School track. Fun for the whole family! Start your Spring the right way!

Early Morning Boot Camp (Functional Training)


Join Certified Personal Trainer Bernadette Sheaffer for a fast and furious 45 mins. of body weight exercises with intervals and strength training. EMBC will keep you moving and burning fat from beginning to end. Get in, Get done, Start the day!
(4 week sessions- 3 days a week - 12 Classes)

The gym is reserved at the following times for adult pick-up basketball: Tues., Thurs., 6:15 am - 7:30 am and Sun., 10am - Noon

The gym is reserved at the following times for adult pick-up Floor Hockey: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 5:30 am - 7:00 am

Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton and ping-pong all at the same time. The game is so much fun and we have the equipment to get you started. Beginners to advanced players are welcome.
Open Play Tuesday 12:00-2:00, Wednesday 7:15pm - 9:00pm, Thurs 12:00pm - 2:00pm, Fri 12:00pm - 2:00pm, Sat 12:30pm - 2:30pm, Sun. 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Silver Sneaker Circuit


Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneaker Classic


Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneaker ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneaker YogaStretch


YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Activate your aqua urge for variety! SilverSplash offers lots of fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kick-board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
