Silver Sneaker Circuit

 

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Women's Hour of Power

 

Sign up for the Women's Hour of Power Workout, a six-week progressive strength training program where women can build strength together in a female-friendly atmosphere. Led by certified personal trainer Tracey Watson, this program will engage all muscle groups for that total body workout. Utilizing the Rec's 14-station Cybex circuit machines and progressing to free weights, you'll walk away with a new appreciation of what your body can do!
