Join us the first Sunday in April, May, and June for our annual 5k Races. We begin and end on the Ephrata Middle School track. Fun for the whole family! Start your Spring the right way!

Couch to 5K

 

Join the C25K with fitness instructor, Janelle Stauffer and have fun with a group of people all with the same goal! This 9-week program starts with a combination of walking and jogging, decreasing the time spent walking and increasing the time spent jogging throughout the program. Also includes nutrition information and tips to help participants achieve optimal results.

Early Morning Boot Camp (Functional Training)

 

Join Certified Personal Trainer Bernadette Sheaffer for a fast and furious 45 mins. of body weight exercises with intervals and strength training. EMBC will keep you moving and burning fat from beginning to end. Get in, Get done, Start the day!

Silver Sneaker Circuit

 

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
