This class combines aspects of hatha and restorative yoga at a
slower pace. You will learn the fundamental concepts while practicing safe alignment and breathing techniques. Gentle Yoga is suitable
for those with a variety of needs from beginners to those with limitations from injury or chronic conditions.

Hatha Yoga is a journey into self-awareness using basic Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. The gentle exercises incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance.

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Apr. 12 - Jul. 5
Yoga Punch Card
13 punches for 13 weeks. Use for any yoga class. Punch card is valid for one 13 week session only.
A blend of 30 calorie burning minutes on the bike and 30 flexibility increasing, stress reducing minutes off the bike.
